Arrival in Wagrain
Wagrain is not far from Mozart’s city of Salzburg. The proximity of the Tauern Motorway A10 makes arrivals from any direction easy and convenient. Wagrain is well developed and easily accessed by public transport.

Coming from Vienna:
A1 Motorway – towards Linz/St. Pölten until exit A10/E55 towards Villach/Salzburg Süd. Exit 66 „Flachau Wagrain“ on the B 163 to Wagrain.
Alternatively you can take exit 47 "Bischofshofen-Gastein" to go via St. Johann/Pongau (9 km from the motorway exit) from where it is another 9 km to Wagrain.
Coming from Munich:
A8 Motorway towards Salzburg – continue on the A1/A10 until the exit Knoten Salzburg then follow the A10/E55 towards Villach/Salzburg Süd. Exit 66 „Flachau Wagrain“ on the B 163 to Wagrain.
Coming from the south:
The quickest way from the south, from Italy, Slovenia and Corinthia, is via the Tauern Motorway A10, through the Tauern Tunnel until exit 66 „Flachau Wagrain“. Then take the B 163 to Wagrain.
Coming from the east or southeast – eg. Coming from Graz:
A9 – exit 69-Selzthal, left on the Ennstal Road B320 towards Radstadt/Schladming/Liezen then on the B320 to Altenmarkt and then the B 163 to Wagrain.
Coming from the west
From Zell am See take the B311 to St. Johann/Pongau then the B163 to Wagrain.
Arrival by train

We recommend the stations of St. Johann im Pongau or Radstadt for visitors coming by train.
